Niños is the first run past the rope gate after Juarez.

There is a broad section at the top, but everything quickly funnels to a choke in the middle.

If you go down the gut of the choke, expect bare spots as many skiers throw sideways turns in the middle.

On the left of the rocks that form one side of the choke, there’s a rocky shaft that’s wide enough for one turn at the top and then it’s a straight 10 or 15-meter shot that leads back to the middle.

It’s certainly more difficult than going through the choke, but there’s no room between the rocks for anyone to scrape off the snow.

The bottom half of Niños widens enough to offer several open lines to the bottom.
