Analysing terrain data
This is another FATMAP local's favourite.
The location of it means it is often missed by tourists resulting in the skiing conditions always being the best they can be.
Make the most of the morning and midday sun by hitting the run between 10am-1pm, come off the top of Tougnete 2 ski straight across travelling past Écureuil and Faon and take the 4th run on the right… welcome to Blaireau.
Unless there has been heavy snowfall this run is always groomed to perfection.
This piste is wide and streams down the mountain, take your time or fulfil your need for speed and make wide sweeping turns.
Towards the bottom the piste merges with the blue track Grive- keep an eye out for fellow skiers travelling from the left.
After about 200m on the left you will see a mountain restaurant called L’Arpasson with self-service mountain food.
Toilet facilities are underneath the top of the Tougnete 1 Gondola.
