Description

Whitebark Bowl is the eastern-most bowl on Mammoth’s front face.

Access via hikes up from Chair 12 or 15 or via crossover from Chair 23 or Panorama.

When snow is shallow the hike up to the ridge to drop in can be challenging due to loamy soil underfoot, but when stocked and fresh a charge up the ridge to drop in from a high point is worth the every to make 500 feet of vertical descent in blower conditions and google crusting goodness.

The runout offers options to lap back to Chair 12 or take St.

Antons back to Main Lodge.
