Description

The descent down to Pichl starts rather flat, before it gets a bit steeper.

The slope keeps turning and has some narrow sections in the upper part.

In the lower part the slope feels like a road and it can get quite stressful to ski if there is are a lot of skiers.

If there is no traffic, it's a lot of fun to race down and try to carve through the turns.Try and take some speed for the last bit to the bottom station, otherwise you might have to use your poles.

As the slope is quite low down, it can get very slushy in spring.

You can either take the Hochwurzen 1 back up or continue to Reiteralm with another old fashioned 2 person chairlift named Reiteralm 1.
