Wanderung beim Koppenwinkel bei Obertraun (barrierefrei)
On this hike, framed by an impressive mountain scenery, we can experience different water habitats, partly very close: from the still water of the Koppenwinkel lacquers, which disappears completely with longer lacking precipitation, over smaller brooks, up to the mountain river of the Koppentraun, one of the best "grayling waters" of Austria. Along the path there are many places to sit up to the Koppenwinkelalm, which is why this section of the path is also very suitable for people with walking disabilities. After that, unfortunately, rest stops become a little more scarce. The route has several steeper inclines and descents, so it is essential for wheelchair users to have a strong companion with appropriate footwear. Only the first part of the course up to the Koppenwinkelhütte can be mastered by less trained people. Binoculars, rain protection and warm clothing should be taken along on all tours. It is not absolutely necessary to take food with you on this tour, as the Koppenwinkelalm is open during the summer.
