Description

Boundary Bowl is an isolated area that often holds good snow.

To get there take the Summit Platter to the top of Mt Whitehorn and continue up Hikers Paradise.

Continue over the entire ridge, over top of Brown Shirt Chutes, past the UNC to the Boundary Bowl.

Quite a hike, but view of Richardson's Ridge is pretty tasty from here.

The sun is usually good, but you might find high winds in the morning.

Descend into the bowl.

Beware of the boulders and rocks at the bottom.

You can meet up with the North Cornice Chutes and continue down to the valley, eventually meeting up with the cat track and then to the Paradise Chair, which can bring you back to the Front Side.

You can also continue to the Ptarmigan and Larch Chairs for more backside fun.

The Ptarmigan brings you back to the Front Side.
