Description

Alicante is a great trail in the Copper Bowl area that has a nice even pitch and a very open feeling.

Access this from the top of the Rendezvous lift or traverse over from the top of Mountain Chief lift.

The top is steeper and only accessed from higher up and has several tree islands to spice things up.

This is a great place in the spring as it gets soft sooner than the other trails in this area.

Be aware that if you go past the traverse Otto Bahn, you will end up at the bottom of the Blackjack lift and cannot access the Mountain Chief unless you hoof it.

Also be aware that in Copper Bowl there are no huts or resting areas, so when it gets nasty here, you had better be ready.
