Analysing terrain data
This run is steep and narrow, but the fall line is consistent and the snow is always top notch due to its north facing aspect.
Like most of the runs accessed by Magnifico Road, 1A Lift Line does have a steep headwall drop to it.
However, it is the most forgiving of the runs here.
Don't be fooled, as the run is narrow and steep.
This run is another local favourite because the upper portion usually lacks the moguls that exist on other runs bordering it and mid-way down you can bail skier's right to get a taste of a newly gladed and unnamed run, which takes you through picturesque aspens back dropped by the unique view of the town of Aspen.
Use your best style here; you're in full view of the lift as you descend beneath it on fast and chalky snow.
