Analysing terrain data
Ballroom is another one of those runs that really needs to be caught on a powder morning.
Its 37 - 43 degree slope has an east/southeast facing aspect, therefore, during days with lots of sun and little new snow, do not expect easy skiing here.
Bumps line the top to bottom section of this 500 vertical foot run.
Access Ballroom from the hike to the Highland Peak (12,392 ft) summit, and drop in just before the big boulder and before the start of Heart Attack Hill.
With good snow, Ballroom offers great, fall line, wide open turns and quick access.
