Goetheweg zur Pfeishütte
"*"Show skating" high up on the Nordkette*
The Goetheweg (also Hermann-Buhl-Weg) is undoubtedly one of the most popular hiking routes in the Innsbruck area. The high-altitude route is easy to reach by cable car and provides not only the shortest access to the Pfeis, but also a top-class viewing pleasure. The city topography from the bird's eye view and its embedding in the large Alpine landscape is fascinating. The relation between human work and nature becomes clearer. On Goetheweg, we touch several points, which repeatedly result in changes of perspective. At the Pfeishütte you already think you are inside the Karwendel, surrounded by stately peaks. In order to realize a real round tour, we return via Kreuzjöchl to the south side.
