Analysing terrain data
Be One, at an average pitch of 40 degrees and a maximum steepness of 45 degrees, is the steepest run in Highland Bowl.
This 900 vertical feet run of moguls and chalky snow, during high pressures and steep powder following a good storm, is accessed off the summit of Highland Peak (12,392 ft) by traversing skier's left past Ozone.
Ski just to the skier's right of the ridge that is visible on your left-hand side.
The run offers a great fall line, without the bench in Ozone, and as you continue down this leg burner make sure you keep your composure: The steepest pitch awaits you at the bottom as you exit, with a ridge of trees on your left-hand side into the bottom of the bowl.
