The Ptarmigan area is great for trees.
The Exhibition Trees are good example of this.
To find the trees descend either below the Ptarmigan chairlift or in immediately at the top of the forest on your left hand side as soon as you're given the option below the Ptarmigan Cat Track.
The Ptarmigan Glades and Ptarmigan Trees are somewhat interchangeable, with many options to choose from as you descend the fall line.
The Glades the first portion of the run, With the Trees making up the lower portion.
The steep trees can make for incredible skiing on fresh powder days.
This area might be the best tree skiing at Lake Louise has to offer and it's fall line it Is truly impressive.
Take a moment to enjoy the impressive scenery in front of you, looking out on the Purple Bowl and Lipalian Mountain.
Head slightly right at the bottom to meet up with the Ptarmigan chair and the Larch Chair.
