The best thing about this piste is that it lets you avoid the nasty and crowded upper section of the Bez red run (provided you get yourself onto the Route de Fréjus green run above the bottom of the Vallons chair).
That alone would make it worth skiing, but if you add to that the fact that it generally provides you with some tasty moguls then it’s a winner.
The only downside is that it gets patchy late in the season when the deep troughs start to expose the odd rock – not great for those finely tuned edges.
