Flip point begins on Laramie Traverse at the point directly below the Sublette Quad lift line, just before the traverse rounds the corner hugging Laramie Bowl.
This ungroomed section of the bowl is often full of moguls, but on a good powder day will be one of the best runs on the mountain.
It’s the longest way down Laramie Bowl.
After passing the rock outcropping in the middle of the bowl, it’s possible to traverse high into the bottom section of Alta 1, but watch for skiers coming down the chute carrying speed.
