Description

Take a hard right off of the Sublette Quad and follow the traverse around the corner and you will find yourself on the edge of a beautiful bowl (you can also take the East Ridge Traverse on the skier’s left of Rendezvous Bowl to get here).

Drop in right away for the easy way down down, or continue traversing along the rim of the bowl, under the cliffs, and find yourself directly below Corbet’s Couloir.

Enjoy the show above you, and if open, traverse even further above “left field,” a low-angle expanse of boulders and win-sculpted snow formations.

This area is a bit like skiing through a Dr.

Suess Book but beware of barely covered rocks.

Any way you ski Tensleep, you will eventually be funneled onto the Tensleep Traverse.
