Description

Narvik is nestled just beneath the Lofoten Islands and is home to one of Norway's best ski resorts. As if that didn't provide skiers with enough entertainment, the mountains to the south of the town are some of the best ski touring peaks in Scandinavia.

This list of routes will provide you with days as spectacular as they are varied. There's a couple of steep lines, some mellower options and some wild, long ski tours deep in untouched mountains.

Ski conditions in the area are generally so good that you are able to ski some of these lines in February, others in July!
