The K&K round starts in Bad Goisern. Along the varied eastern shore hiking and cycling trail, the route leads uphill and downhill along Lake Hallstättersee and further towards Koppental. Via Altaussee, the tour continues to Blaa Alm on the forest road to Rettenbachalm and through Rettenbachtal to the imperial town of Bad Ischl. The tour takes you directly through the town centre, along the esplanade to the Katrin cable car.
