Beginning at the bottom station of the Hahnenkammbahn, run in the direction of Lebenberg, passing the church square and the charming Kitzbühel main street as you go. At the Lebenberg Hotel, turn right onto a gravel path towards Bichlach where you then enter an enchanting forest, all the way to Steurerberg and Vogelsberger Weiher. You then continue to Münichau before hitting the forest surrounding Shwarzsee.

Take a moment to enjoy the tranquillity of the large alpine lake before continuing through fields and on to the outskirts of Kitzbühel. Just before reaching your final destination, the Hahnenkammbahn end station, you will pass the finish line of the Streif, the famous downhill ski race.
