With a Twist tours scenic alpine terrain for a moderately challenging trail ride near Mount Sproatt. Accessed by way of rugged 4x4 roads, the trail ends at a fork where a left leads onto On The Rocks, and right leads down the mountain on Into the Mystic.
Description
This ride is a great way alternative to access the Into the Mystic -> Lord of the Squirrels epic.
Difficulty
Moderate
Mostly stable trail tread with some variability, with unavoidable obstacles 8in/20cm tall or less. Other obstacles such as rock gullies and steep sections may exist. Ideal for lower intermediate riders.
High Exposure
Some trail sections have exposed ledges or steep ascents/descents where falling could cause serious injury.
Remoteness
Little chance of being seen or helped in case of an accident.
