This is a popular hiking route which is generally considered to be severe. It's very remote, it features high exposure and is typically done in May, June, September, October and November. From a low point of 1.5 km to the maximum altitude of 4.6 km, the route covers 45 km, 5038 vertical metres of ascent and 1999 vertical metres of descent.
