This is an amazing variant of the easier Col d'Arp descent. Take the same route for Col d'Arp and ski down the Arp Valley. Stay initially in the valley's centre and then head leftwards to an evident pass (at about 2150 metres) next to a rock spur that takes you directly into the Dolonne Couloir. Ski down the first steep part taking real care of avalanche risk after heavy snowfall. This slopes is north-east facing so the snow is often really good for a long time. After the first steep part you can choose whether you stay more left or more right. Ski down to the valley until you reach the Dolonne Couloir off-piste.
