This is a popular alpine climbing route which is generally considered to be extreme. It's extremely remote, it features extreme exposure and is typically done between July and August. From a low point of 809 m to the maximum altitude of 2.9 km, the route covers 8.3 km, 2060 vertical metres of ascent and 1714 vertical metres of descent. You'll need bivy kit, quickdraws, climbing shoes and wires and friends to complete it safely.
