This is a popular ski touring route which is generally considered to be easy. It's not remote, it features medium exposure (e2) and is typically done between December and March. From a low point of 2 km to the maximum altitude of 2.9 km, the route covers 12 km, 909 vertical metres of ascent and 909 vertical metres of descent. It's graded 2.1 and Labande grade 3. You'll need skins to complete it safely.

Description
Very easy and classic route up to Sunny Valley Refuge, then a bit more technical on the ridge , easy and short 35° couloir. On the way down the Alpe Valley a very easy descent on open-terrain 25°/30° slopes.

Wide gentle slopes at around 20 degrees or less.

As well as the slope itself, there are some obstacles (such as rock outcrops) which could aggravate injury.
