“The route of the 2 first days was hard because I ran on asphalt 80% of the way and the impact was hard. After 110km I had some problems with my ankle due to the impact from the asphalt. It gets really cold as soon as dusk falls. And dusk falls early up here at this time of year. It would be easy to run elsewhere, but I like to challenge myself, to push my limit, to enjoy the rough and wild beauty of Arctic winters, as long as they still exist.”
