This is a popular trail running route which is generally considered to be severe. It's very remote, it features high exposure and is typically done between June and October. From a low point of 432 m to the maximum altitude of 2.4 km, the route covers 28 km, 2040 vertical metres of ascent and 2761 vertical metres of descent.

Description

A long run following the Haldigrat and his logical extension down to Seelisberg at the lake Lucerne. You may also take the cable car up to Haldigrat for an easier start and a few kilometers less.
