Mont Gele - Super Mouche Map

An isolated steep line - a definite Verbier classic providing some of the best steep skiing along with a healthy dose of adventure and commitment getting to the start of the couloir. From the Mont Gele lift station, follow the North East ridge first on the south/east side, then on the north side and ridge proper. Descend / traverse slightly on the north side and then do a short 50m boot pack back up to the top of the ridge near the summit of the Pointe de Chassoure. From here follow a snow covered ledge and then the North East ridge which you keep descending until the entry point at around 2700m There are a couple of ways in to the couloir. The entrance is steep. Ski the couloir and continue down to Tortin.
