Starting at Forch train station walk on to the village of Chaltenstein through shady woodland, and carry on until you hit an opening where you’ll find Pfannensteil (853m). From here you can enjoy great views of the Albis, Üetilberg, Greifensee, the Oberland and the Speer. Carry on along the steeply climbing forest path and then on through pretty wildflower meadows and past a series of farms and on to Hochwacht. You then duck into the valley, walk on through a nature reserve and on to the village of Toggwil.

Description

From Toggwil take the Dorfbachtobelweg through a woodland, following a small stream all the way to Meilen, where you can take the train back to your starting point.
