This is a popular alpine climbing route which is generally considered to be difficult. It's remote, it features medium exposure and is typically done in undefined. From a low point of 290 m to the maximum altitude of 1.1 km, the route covers 16 km, 1060 vertical metres of ascent and 1059 vertical metres of descent. You'll need quickdraws, climbing shoes and wires and friends to complete it safely.

Description
Walk into the one of the best VD multi-pitch climbs in the UK, climb Amphitheatre Buttress to top out with a ten mile walk along the Carnedds and descent via Pen Yr Ole Wen back to the Ogwen Valley
