Accessible by either riding Summit Chair at Sugar Bowl or by a short skin from old Donner Pass Road, this popular route descends along the back side of Donner Peak and then down to Weeks Tract from the saddle point between Donner and Trestle. While this route is lift accessible, it is still uncontrolled backcountry skiing - carry a beacon, probe, shovel, and know how to use them.
