This is a popular freeride skiing route which is generally considered to be moderate. It's extremely remote, it features medium exposure (e2) and is typically done between February and March. From a low point of 2.5 km to the maximum altitude of 2.8 km, the route covers 863 m, 0 vertical metres of ascent and 247 vertical metres of descent.

Description

This has a slightly more challenging finale than Twin #2 but still has the same poor snow quality and remote feeling. Between the two Twin Bowls, Twin #1 is preferred due to its more interesting layout and slightly shorter egress
