Morning and evening uphill access to the top of Keystone resort.
Resort Ski Touring Moderate
Keystone allows uphill access outside of operating hours, but only on two designated routes. This is the most direct and most used one. It begins from River Run, where parking is available. The route takes River Run > The Edge > Springdipper all the way to the top of the mountain. You can’t ski just anything you want from there, however. Keystone requires uphillers to descend by the same route. The good news is they don’t require a pass for morning and evening uphill as of the 2021/2022 season. Keep in mind that uphill access can close at any time due to conditions or mountain operations. You can check the uphill status and policies on Keystone’s Mountain Info page, or call the access hotline: (970)-496-4033
