This is a popular freeride skiing route which is generally considered to be moderate. It's remote, it features medium exposure (e2) and is typically done between January and May. From a low point of 2.2 km to the maximum altitude of 2.4 km, the route covers 456 m, 0 vertical metres of ascent and 251 vertical metres of descent. You'll need skins and crampons to complete it safely.

Description

There are a number of chutes and couloir features which drop from Murphy Peak's east shoulder. Let your imagination run wild, but be careful of afternoon solar effects and these are all largely south facing.
