Another fun option in King Ravine. East Gully is the leftmost gully in King Ravine, and if you thought Great Gully was quiet, you won’t see a soul over here. Since this gully starts far away from the top of Great Gully, It's easiest to approach from the bottom or from Iced Out Gully. The line starts with fun turns down a moderately wide gully with excellent views of the whole ravine. The line traverses left to negotiate a choke, before opening up again for a few more good turns. About half way down, the nature of the skiing begins to change as bushes fill the line, making for some adventure skiing. Weave around bushes to the bottom of the line, then bushwhack a short distance back to Great Gully. This line needs a lot of snow to fill in.
