90% of this walk is easy, scenic and very relaxing being alongside the water for so much of it. There's a great lookout at the Women's Foundation Monument, which is a nice reward for the one difficult bit of this path - the steep stone stairs. Largely under the cover of trees with nice wildflowers to look out for en route.
