Description

From Schönhauser Allee in Prenzlauer Berg, pedal out to the Schlosspark Niederschönhausen or “Palace Park” where you will find a grand palace from 1662 and its elegant grounds.

The loop takes you in a clockwise direction through a large chunk of one of Berlin’s most popular north eastern districts, heading north through Weißensee before eventually breaking away from the suburbs and into the countryside.

Sprint through a series of fields before looping back around into a residential area before reaching Schlosspark Niederschönhausen.

Stop to learn about the interesting history of the palace from the time of the Kaiser to the DDR and maybe grab a refreshment in the cafe before hopping back on your bike for the final stretch back through Pankow to Schonhauser Allee in Prenzlauer Berg.
