Whether you’re looking for something chill or more edgy, Crans-Montana has got you covered!
Crans-Montana, in the Swiss canton of Valais, is a bit of a new kid on the block when it comes to trail running, but there are now 15 different routes to choose from and the vast choice will amaze you.
The routes range from 2 to 55 km in length and from 300 to 4,200 m in vertical climb. So, if you’re feeling adventurous, you can definitely get your climb on! If you’re feeling shy, you can also get a taste of the famous Trail des Patrouilleurs with multiple routes of varying distances (15, 25, 40, or 55 km).

Departure from the village towards Les Vernasses, 4X4 path crossing the Tsans forest and it climbs towards Pas de l'Ours, nice view on the Tseuzier dam. Descent via the Essampilles and here comes Icogne again.
Nice descent to warm the knees towards Chelin. Follow the bisse du Sillonin until you reach Les Planisses. Ascent to the foot of the statue of Christ the King, 360° glance and descent to Lens.
A nice little climb, enough to put you in the red, the last 600 meters do good to your calves.
Nice route, not technical, by the lake of Miriouges to the lake of Moubra, return to the starting point by taking very rolling traverse paths. Calm down on the last run, it's quite steep.
As soon as you leave the village, you are in the heart of the matter, be careful when crossing roads. Chermignon d'en Bas and Chermignon d'en Haut are there to calm the pulses, otherwise it slopes sympathetically until the entrance of Crans.
Descent following the path of the Boup, arriving at Tovachir and winding up through the forest towards Montana-Village then Bluche. We head for La Moubra and back to Montana-Village.

A nice crossing in the direction of Cordona by taking a section of the Benou race, a beautiful climb by the Pichiour and its waterfall then back to Mollens by Les Echerts.
Come and train on the Ascension of Christ the King route. Departure from Flanthey, nice route through the vineyard, ascending towards Christ-Roi to dive into the heart of the village of Lens.
