In the category "Hikes for Gourmets" it is the high level of cuisine, in the category "Alpine pastures with their own production" the traditional production of high-quality dairy products and in the category "Hikes for Families" the experience factor and child friendliness of the restaurant. What they particularly like about the tours is told by the experts in the hiking descriptions.
