Description

"The variety of activities that take you outdoors in Park City is truly mind-boggling,” writes VisitParkCity.com "Our historic mountain town can take you from enjoying a concert under the stars to racing down one of our hundreds of miles of mountain biking trails in the same day. And the same goes for hiking, hot air ballooning, fly fishing, horseback riding, river rafting and any number of recreation activities that will get your heart racing and your desire for Park City family fun satisfied.”

While Park City might not be as well known for its hiking as it is for downhill skiing and mountain biking, that just means the hidden hiking gems in the Wasatch are yours for the taking! In this guidebook, we’ve outlined a variety of hikes from easily-accessible routes that share the trail with mountain bikes, to peak hikes high up in the mountains. We attempted as often as possible to feature hiking-only trails in this guidebook, so if you’re looking for even more trails, be sure to read the corresponding mountain biking guidebook for Park City.
