Lava Flow is a great area for all levels of riders. The trails are located in Squamish behind Quest University and can be accessed from either Mamquam River Forest Service Road (see Cookhouse Connector map start) or Garibaldi Park Road (see Ring Creek Rip map start). This riding area includes non-motorized trails with only one shared trail for the beginning uphill section of Ring Creek Rip. Most trails are two-way throughout Lava Flow.
