After you unload the Stoke Chair to the left, skiers can start traversing with a few sidesteps uphill, boarders will have to walk up a few vertical metres before they strap in to get enough momentum to get out to Sweet Spot.
More of an entrance spot than a trail, the "Sweet" refers to the goods below - Three Bears, North Bowl or lower Powder Assault the Ripper.
On an avalanche control day, the aforementioned are some of the best skiing and riding at the resort, so knowing this entrance spot is key.
However, it is a bit of a narrow ledge, that one often exits with speed, above a small cliff that makes it feel committing.
Once in, if you stay left of the avalanche closure fence you end up in North Bowl, and back to the Downtowner.
If you go right of the fence (when the gates are open), you can access Three Bears & Goldilocks or bypass the traverse and head to lower Powder Assault & the Ripper.
