Past the national park information point Hintersee a short distance on the tarred road and then turn right. A continuously rising path leads you up to the Halsalm ( http://www.berchtesgadener-land.com/de/halsalm-ramsau/ ).

From the Almhütte on a narrow path over the alpine pasture area, where a wonderful view over the Hintersee and the Ramsauer valley opens up.
