The circular hike starts on the natural dam.

After crossing the dam, hikers climb up to Dammareuss.

The trail continues through the alpine landscape to Chelenreuss, which is also crossed.

The views of the glaciers are breathtaking.

Now hikers can participate in the results: The trail begins on the dam and leads over alpine rose slopes to the barren apron of the Dammagletscher, to a lateral moraine and through raised bogs.

A total of nine listening stations are distributed around the Göscheneralpsee, where hikers can learn interesting facts about the climate via an audio guide.
