Description

After the hike from Göschenen up to the dam in the Göscheneralp, the southern route begins in the direction of Dammahütte.

It is the shorter route in terms of time and distance.

The hiking trail runs south of Lake Göscheneralp, on the slopes and mats of Älpergen and Höhenberg.

The early riser can enjoy the morning shade on the first half of the path, from the dam to the Dammareussbrücke.

Here you can treat yourself to a well-earned rest.

The south and north routes meet at the bridge.

From this junction, the direct path first leads a little steeper over stone stairs and stone block fields to Dammastäfeli and up to Dammahütte. equipment * Clothing according to the weather * Good footwear * Hiking poles are recommended * via ferrata set required (whole 5 huts tour)
