Description

- "Polaris is one of the longest trails on The Backside are of Northstar.

In order to access you must take the trail to skier right of "The Rapids" once you drop down, the trail will take a slight right then you will see the trail marker sign for "Polaris".

From here you can drop in past the ropes and when the snow is fresh the trees just off the trail are incredibly fun.

Around this area is probably the best tree skiing on The Backside when the snow is fresh.

"Polaris" is another wide trail that is well groomed and has plenty of room for hard carves and high speeds.

The trail is mostly straight and at the bottom you can stay to skiers left to get to "Backside Express" or stay skiers right and get to the bottom of "Promised Land Express".
