Description

Sherwood Face has a south facing exposure, so it softens up nicely when the sun is out.

It gets some great corn snow in the Spring.

Ride Sherwood Express chair and exit right off of the top and ski down either Robin Hood or Maid Marion.

As you exit the trees head right onto Sherwood Face.

There are some natural gullies and minor ridge lines that are fun to play around on and add some variety to this nice black diamond face.

Link up with the Sherwood Run to get back to the base of the Sherwood Chair.

This is one of the easier black diamond runs on the backside of Alpine Meadows.
