Description

Outer Limits is adjacent to the southern boundary line off of Lakeview chair.

From the top of Lakeview chair turn right.

You will pass a knoll on your left with great views of Lake Tahoe.

Follow the trail past Scotty's Beam, Twilight Zone and Shooting Star, which all branch off to skier's right.

Outer Limits is usually groomed.

It heads SW, so it can get soft in sunny conditions and melts out faster than other trails off of Lakeview.

It is steeper than the average blue trail at Alpine Meadows.

It ends at the base of Lakeview chair.
