Description

The exit is the car park at the Zettersfeld Bergbahn valley station.

From there, take the gondola lift to the Zettersfeld 1.812 m and then the 4-seater chair lift to the Steinermandl 2.213 m.

Continue along the well-marked hiking trail AV Nr.

913 north southwest of Goiselemandl via Neualplschneid to the southern shore of Lake Neualplseeen.

At the signpost on the south bank you walk along a moraine and reach the western part of the lake district.

After a few rocky passages, the route continues over rough block terrain back and forth traversing to the southern summit ridge, the marked trail further up before reaching the long visible cross.

Then a few more meters of altitude and you are at the actual summit at 2,905 m. equipment
