Description

Just above Wengernalp railway station, a wide forest road branches off right to two large alp huts on Wengernalp.

The trail then heads south over wide flower-filled meadows to Wixi.

After circumventing a striking rocky outcrop, it leads through a small forest of fragrant Swiss stone pine to Biglenalp where at the foot of the Jungfrau, it continues northwards over open pastures to Kleine Scheidegg. #Note(s)# Easy hike with no exposed passages.
