Although piste 78 is classified as a blue run, it is a hard one.
The slope starts off steep and at the top of the Lattenalm lift.
The piste then evens out, but it never gets easy.
After it is joined by the red 78, it continues with many angles, and icy bits as well.
Its sheer length is a true challenge to skiers who have just mastered a snowplough turning technique.
In any case, by the time you have reached the bottom of the Lattenalm lift, you will deserve a break.
Turn to the left here to continue down the 78 on a beautiful, easy mountain path through the forest.
Be prepared for one more surprise, as the piste finishes it joins with the red 77, in the last section.
