Description

Fireberry Glade is a blue/black trail located in the most northern portion of Parsenn Bowl, accessed from Upper Village Way via Panoramic Lift.

Take a right (north) getting off of Pano and stay on that groomed traverse until the third trailhead (a gate).

This involves a short, slightly uphill section, so keep your speed up on Village Way.

It’s steep at first and could be bumped out, but when you get into the trees, the slope mellows out, and you have to keep your speed up on powder days to keep from getting stuck in these glades.

Fly through these trees fast and you won’t have a problem! This powder is one of the last sections of Parsenn Bowl to get tracked up, but that’s because it’s a pain in the neck to get to, and the traverse can be clogged with snowboarders who lose their speed.

But you can take pictures of your tracks on your ride back up Pano lift.

Fireberry, also known as Bear Berry, is a bright flower that can grow wild but is also found in many gardens.
